Protestors Continue to Call for Gov. Ralph Northam’s Resignation

"No means no! Ralph must go!" Protestors marched from the capitol steps to the Governor’s Mansion holding signs with faces of prominent black leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. and Frederick Douglass. Reverend Dean Nelson of the Douglass Leadership Institute says Gov. Ralph Northam should resign for two reasons: (0:06) "Racism and infanticide have no place in the Commonwealth of Virginia." Nelson says Northam's support of third-trimester abortions under certain circumstances as well as admitting to dressing in blackface in the 1980s, make him unfit for leadership. Event organizers say if Northam doesn't resign by April, they’ll be back at the capitol with more people and louder voices.
