On-site technical services are provided to all schools receiving the WCVE PBS and WCVW PBS (Richmond) signal. These services include the following:
- Satellite troubleshooting
- Off-air recording
- Cable, antenna and headend equipment design, hookups and troubleshooting
- Design of wiring for new school construction
- Equipment maintenance and installation
- Evaluation and assessment of existing distribution systems and consultation on system upgrades
