Lee Harding, Video Engineer for WCVE Education, is one of our best kept secrets. One of his job responsibilities is making sure schools in our coverage area can receive our signal at optimal levels.

Recently, his department acquired a digital spectrum analyzer. This device is used to analyze the maximum percentage of a signal strength received off a satellite or antenna. This photos show him in action and “on the job” in Prince George County at N. B. Clements Junior High School.
