Welcome to WCVE Education

The Community Idea Stations operate the largest instructional telecommunications services (ITS) network in Virginia. We provide educational services, support and resources for early childcare programs and 44 public school divisions (serving over450 schools) in central Virginia.

Our Mission WCVE Education is committed to delivering high-quality training and resources to the educators, students and families of central Virginia. WCVE Education provides educational outreach and training for early childcare programs, K-12 technology and SOL training and conferences, curriculum-oriented instructional programs, and other resources to assist parents and teachers in preparing children to excel academically.

The PBS KIDS GO! Writers Contest encourages children in grades K – 3 to explore the power of creativity by writing and illustrating their own stories.
