ITRT Certification and Networking from Virginia’s PBS TeacherLine
A high-quality professional development program for Virginia Instructional Technology Resource Teachers (ITRT’s), the ICAN Program features the PBS TeacherLine/ISTE NETS•T Certificate of Proficiency Capstone Program. ITRTs who successfully complete the Capstone courses receive the nationally recognized, ISTE-endorsed, National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (NETS•T) certification - the equivalent of National Board Certification in Technology Integration.
