About Me

I joined the Community Idea Stations as Senior Sponsorship Consultant in August of 2010. I recently earned a certificate in fundraising and development from the Institute on Philanthropy at the University of Richmond, and have years of experience advising clients on marketing and advertising decisions from my previous career with Landmark Communications.Favorite WCVE Public Radio programs: All Things Considered, Fresh Air, Jazz with Peter Solomon, Performance Today, World Music with Ian Stewart, Thistle and Shamrock, Sunday Baroque, Car Talk, Classical Music with Bobbie Barajas…it might be easier to list what I don’t listen to!

Favorite WCVE PBS programs: Masterpiece, Antiques Roadshow, any history program, Arthur and Sesame Street.

People might be surprised to learn: that I studied theater at Rutgers and acted in many local productions in New Jersey and New York, including Butterflies are Free, Laura, A Shot in the Dark, Zorba, Fiddler on the Roof, Do Your Own Thing, The Flying Doctor, Mother Courage, and The Wind in the Willows.

Chocolate or vanilla? Both, please, in a soft-swirl DQ cone with chocolate sprinkles!
