Plus, the show always showcases local (and American-style) World Music. The motto of The World Music Show is “Don’t Fear Music.” On Twitter @wcveworldmusic.

Stream Live starting at 8:00 p.m.

Mixin' it Up

It'll be a mix of Fado, Mourna and classic Brazilian tunes on this week's World Music Show (4/30). Plus, we'll also take some Asian and African travels to uncover some unique beats. Also thrown in for good measure will be some Garifuna tunes as well as some Malian soul music. And we'll get to the bottom of just what a Snarky Puppy is. The World Music Show is going to try and go beyond the Snarky this week, so read on if you dare.

Hop Aboard

There's plenty of room for you to hop aboard the mobile musical camel on this week's World Music Show (4/23). From some really great desert music by one of the best rated guitarists in the world, to some classic Juju tunes as well as some lost and found Cuban music, this week's show should have something for everyone, whether you like to ride camels or not.

Have a Seat

Look. I know it's been sort of a rough week for you, so why don't you have a seat? Sit a spell and hear the tale of what's going on for this week's World Music Show (4/16). Because I guarantee that after you peruse what's in store, you'll look forward to Saturday night and leave the show feeling happier and even more well-adjusted (Ok, that could be stretching it.)
