WCVE-FM Streaming Player Troubleshooting

Q: Every time I try to listen to your stream, I receive a message that says "Sorry, we have reached maximum capacity. Please try again later." or the player does not load at all. What can I do?

Here are some things to try:
  1. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player installed on your system. You can check the version you have installed and download the most recent one here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  2. If you are using Internet Explorer, try another browser if possible. You may have better luck with the most recent versions Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari.
Alternatively, if you have followed the advice above and are still unable to get the streaming player to work, you can listen try listening using iTunes or Windows Media Player.

Instructions:

Click the link after "To listen in iTunes or other software" below the player. An ".m3u" file will be downloaded to your computer. If it is not opened automatically, double click on it. If you are asked what application to use to open the file that is downloaded, select "Windows Media Player" or "iTunes".

After the player opens, you may need to click the "Play" button to get started. (Note: It may take up to 10 seconds for the stream to buffer and the play button to become available).
