You played a song I've been searching for since 1982. I haven't been able to find it cause I don't know the name, I don't know the words. I looked on your Playlist and I'm not sure if it's one of the listed artists. I'm not sure how to intrepret the Playlist cause you stated on the air you were playing a group called "Pineapple" something, but they aren't listed on the Playlist. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong day? The song I heard on your show has a haunting sound with a woman singing. I believe she is singing in Gaelic, but I'm not certain. I first heard this song on a BBC movie that was broadcast in England in 1982. The movie was called "Harry's Game" and was about a member of the IRA. I can't find that movie available anywhere and can't barely find mention of it. I suspect the BBC would prefer to not to fan any flames with the movie so it's been archived somewhere. But what was the song? Please tell.
