The Chesterfield County Public Library has scored a coup, bringing a traveling Smithsonian Exhibition to town entitled “Exploring Human Origins: What Does It Mean To Be Human?” It promises to be both fascinating and provocative.
Beginning March 31st, the Chesterfield Library will play host to a display of critters going back six million years and extensive research into the evolution of how we got from there to here.
Dr. Rick Potts will be here to talk about his travels around the world and the soil and bones and dust that have given him some ideas about evolution that he will share during the four-week exhibition here.
The exhibition and the programs are free and begin March 31st. For more information go to library.chesterfield.gov.
