Dominion to File New Documents; Environments Say Not Enough Clean Energy

Tomorrow, Dominion Virginia Power files its biennial planning document to the State Corporation Commission, detailing how it plans to provide more, cleaner power and at what cost.  But an environmental coalition says it can do better -- that within ten years, wind and solar energy could power about one million Virginia homes, more cheaply than building new fossil fuel-fired plants.  Charles Fishburne has this report.
