Afghanistan Counselor Participated at Collegiate Symposium

With American fighter troops now out of Iraq, much of the U.S.government's focus is now on Afghanistan. Prior to the troop pullout, WCVE's Dan Rosenthal spoke with a school counselor from Omaha, Nebraska working at the International School of Kabul. She was in Richmond for an international symposium sponsored by Collegiate School.

Alysha Domratowski has worked in Kabul since 2006 at the pre-K through 12th grade school which credits those graduating with the equivalent of a U.S. diploma. Domratowski was asked about her students, the dangers of working in a war zone and how a Nebraska native ended up teaching in Afghanistan.
