ACLU Will Challenge Virginia's Gay Marriage Ban

The ACLU of Virginia says it will file a federal lawsuit challenging the state's gay marriage ban, less than two weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a key provision of the federal Defense of Marriage Act and left intact a lower court ruling overturning California's gay marriage ban.  Charles Fishburne talks with Virginia ACLU Executive Director Claire Gastanaga, who says it will now challenge Virginia's law.
