4th Circuit upholds dismissal in JMU sports equality case

A three judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond has affirmed a federal judge's dismissal of a lawsuit filed after James Madison University said it would eliminate ten sports teams to comply with Title IX, a 1972 federal law regarding sports gender balance.
