Va. Board Of Health Votes for Abortion Clinic Regulations

On Friday, the State Board of Health voted 11-2 in favor of new regulations that impose stricter building standards on clinics that provide abortions, something abortion rights advocates say will force most of Virginia’s 20 clinics to close.
