Attorney General and Republican nominee for governor Ken Cuccinelli has released a report from an advisory committee which he established earlier this year to explore ways to streamline the process of restoring voting rights to non-violent felons who have paid their debt to society. Gov. McDonnell is expected to announce today that he will implement new procedures to speed the process.
