Candidates Split on Transportation Bill That Passed

Every Republican candidate running for statewide office is publicly against the landmark transportation funding bill passed at the close of the General Assembly Session.  Every Democrat running for statewide office supports the plan.  Democrats say that gives them the advantage in the statewide election.
