National Child Advocacy Group Says Some Virginia Judges Too Easy on Child Abusers

A child advocacy group has issued a report criticizing the Virginia judicial system's handling of child abuse cases and will testify before the House of Deleagtes Courts Committee as it considers judicial reappointments.
