Virginia Group Challenges Tracking Students With Radio Devices

Virginia-based Rutherford Institute will go to court today on behalf of a Texas student forced to wear a "Smart ID" tracking badge against her will.  And, as Charles Fishburne reports, they are concerned about students' privacy across the country, in the wake of new technology.
