At noon today, Bon Secours will announce funding for entrepreneurs and business start-ups in the east end of Richmond.

With hurricane season beginning next week and NOAA predicting a busier than normal one, state officials are urging residents to plan ahead and purchase supplies. As Charles Fishburne reports, a sales tax holiday beginning Saturday should make that easier.
