Chesterfield County Schools' new Director of Technology has just won a statewide award for his leadership in getting the county up-to-speed with technology in the schools and the shape of tomorrow's classroom. Charles Fishburne talked with Adam Seldow about his mission in this special WCVE Science Matters Report.
