Ban Remains On Shellfish Harvesting On Lower James and Lynnhaven

Shellfish harvesting can resume on some Virginia waterways, closed in the wake of flooding from Hurricane Sandy, but portions of the James and Lynnhaven Rivers are still contaminated.  Charles Fishburne reports.
