Eleven-year-old Raises $800 and Helps Build Cemetery For Richmond K-9s

Richmond police dedicated a K-9 Memorial Cemetery yesterday, created by an 11-year old Collegiate student who raised $800 dollars to honor the animals she hopes some day will be part of her life's work.  Charles Fishburne reports.
