McEachin Declines to Debate Cuccinelli on Property Amendment

Democratic State Senator Don McEachin of Henrico has declined an invitation from Republican Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli to  debate the merits of the Property Rights Amendment on the November ballot. Craig Carper reports.
