McDonnell Completes 3rd Annual Energy Conference

The Governor’s third annual Conference on Energy ended yesterday and while Governor McDonnell says the state has made strides in energy policy, environmental advocates say the state is dragging it’s feet on renewable resources. Craig Carper reports.
