Virginia to Convert Fleet to Propane and Natural Gas

Governor Bob McDonnell has signed contracts with two private fuel vendors and partnered with 21 other states to convert Virginia’s state vehicle fleet from gasoline to natural gas and propane. Craig Carper reports.
