Virginia Working to Expand Community Care for Intellectually Disabled

State officials say Virginia is making progress toward meeting the terms of it’s 2 billion dollar settlement with the Department of Justice to provide more community based services to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Craig Carper reports.
