St Paul's College Set To Reopen Monday, Gets 1.4 Million Federal Grant

The United States Department of Education has awarded nearly 228 million dollars to 97 historically black colleges across the country, including the struggling St. Paul's College in Lawrenceville.  Charles Fishburne reports.
