DMV Confirms “Dreamers” Eligible For Virginia Drivers License and ID

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles has confirmed that young people granted “deferred action” status by Immigration Customs Enforcement will be eligible for Virginiadriver’s licenses and ID’s.  Charles Fishburne reports.
