Japanese Manufacturer To Build Rubber-Track Carriers In Hanover

A Japanese manufacturer has just opened two production plants in Hanover County to build industrial-sized trucks running on rubber tracks for markets in the United States, Canada and South America.  Charles Fishburne reports.
