Capital One Will Spend 150 Million, Hire 50 For Chesterfield Data Center

Capital One says it will invest more than $150 million and create 50 new jobs to build a data center in Chesterfield County.  As Charles Fishburne reports, it continues a string of economic success stories for the county’s economic development.
