Analysis of Virginia Unemployment Gloomy

There were more people unemployed last year in Virginia than there were the year before -- 14 percent more. The number of jobless people in the Commonwealth is at its highest level since the recession of the early '80s. A Richmond-based fiscal and economic policy think tank has released an analysis.
