Tighter catch limits on commercial harvests of menhaden on the East Coast will be determined on Wednesday by the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission at a meeting in Boston. The fish, considered important to the ecosystem of the Chesapeake Bay, is used as bait for crab and lobster and processed for Omega-3 oil dietary supplements. WCVE Nothern Neck Correspondent Pamela D'Angelo reports from Reedville.
