Federal and State Officials Pitch Limits on Menhaden Catches

The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission will hold public hearings in the Northern Neck this week on new ways it plans to manage the Atlantic Menhaden stocks to help increase the population. WCVe Northern Neck Correspondent Pamela D'Angelo reports.
