Dominion Completes Restoration To "All But A Handfull" Nine Days After Irene

Dominion Virginia Power reports it has restored power to all but a handful of 1.2 million customers who lost power during Hurricane Irene. Charles Fishburne reports it took a small army nine days to undo the damage.
