New High Tech Software Helps Keep Richmond Green

Richmond is a city of some 100 thousand trees under the care of the Division of Urban Forestry, and as Charles Fishburne reports, it recently purchased some high-tech equipment to help with the care and maintenance of our “urban forest.”
