Twelve More Miles of Virginia Capital Trail To Be Built

The Commonwealth Transportation Board has just approved an 8.8 million dollar contract to extend the Virginia Capital Trail another 12.5 miles between the Charles City County Courthouse and the Western Bank of the Chikahominy River. Charles Fishburne reports.
