SCC Approves Dominion’s Low-Rate Pilot Program For Electric Cars

Electric Cars are coming...at least Dominion Virginia Power thinks so, and recently got approved from the SCC for a pilot program to provide super-low rates for customers who charge their cars overnight. Charles Fishburne reports.
