Marine Police Say Alcohol Likely Cause of Weekend Boat Crash

Virginia Marine Police say alcohol was likely the cause of a weekend motor boat crash into a jetty at the mouth of Urbanna Creek, just off the Rappahannock River. WCVE Northern Neck Correspondent Pamela D’Angelo reports.
