Michael Vick Lobbies Congress For Anti-Dogfighting Legislation

Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Michael Vick, a one-time Virginia Tech athlete who went to federal prison on dogfighting charges, is taking his anti-dogfighting message to Congress with an appearance on Capitol Hill yesterday.
