Virginia Education Department Addresses Federal Complaint

As part of a review of states' compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, The U.S. Department of Education found that Virginia was not reviewing policies, procedures, and practices at school divisions reporting differences in disciplinary actions taken against disabled students and those who are not disabled.
