The "Air Conditioned City" Serves Lemonade

Bluefield calls itself the "Air Conditioned City". It's in the mountains and it's cooler there. In 1939, the Chamber of Commerce decided when the temperature hit 90 they'd serve lemonade. John Ogle tels more.

My son lives in Bluefield. He always talks about how "this might be a Lemonade Day" whenever they are having hot weather. Nice story.
