Sabato Says Deal on Debt Ceiling Only Passes Problem on to Next President and Congress

President Obama yesterday ruled out signing a short-term extension of the federal debt ceiling, but UVA's Larry Sabato says any deal hammered out in Washington is likely to be only temporary.
