Artists Studio Tour to Benefit Northumberland Public Library

This weekend, more than a dozen artists throughout the Northern Neck will open their private studios to the public to raise money for the Northumberland Public Library in Heathsville. WCVE Northern Neck Correspondent Pamela D’Angelo reports.
