10 arrested on drug charges in Culpepper

There was a rolling drug bust in Culpepper Tuesday. 10 people are in custody, caught up in an investigation by a multi jurisdictional task force that includes state, county, and local law enforcement. They've been targeting a major spike in distribution of the hallucinogen known as PCP.
