Northumberland Supervisors seek consultant to aid Bluff Point decision

The Northumberland County Board of Supervisors will interview land planning consultants this week as it seeks to hire outside help in making a decision on a controversial proposed development of 898-acres of conservation land along the Chesapeake Bay.
