The Foundation, that works to promote the health and quality of life for people living in the tri-cities area and surrounding counties, is now in the historic district.
Stebbins: We're in what is called the Weddell-McCabe Chisholm House, built between 1840 and 1845.
Senior Program Officer Risha Stebbins.
Stebbins: We've renovated what was a largely-destroyed building, and we also have created a more than 5,000 square-foot addition onto the building.
This adds a conference room and meeting space for the non-profit organizations the Cameron Foundation works with.
Stebbins: Conduct their monthly meetings, to have board meetings, to do training, conduct presentations to their constituents. We really want to provide a place where they can do their own capacity-building and achieve more.
