McRoberts: In this most recent survey that was conducted in December, looking ahead toward first and second quarter 2011.
Spokesman Scott McRoberts.
McRoberts: Seventy percent of the respondents expected their sales to increase in the coming six months. Thirty-three percent expected to increase capital spending, and just over half expect to increase employment in the next six months.
The survey was among 70 business owners and CEOs of companies in central Virginia with more than $1 million of annual revenue. The numbers are similar, but a little softer than last quarter’s report.
