Remains Found in South Richmond Identified

Richmond Police say dental records were used to identify 33 year-old Cleveland Peoples, Jr.  He went missing in June of 2006.

The Medical Examiner’s office has yet to release findings on the cause of Peoples' death.  It was a city crew working on McGuire Drive that uncovered the badly-decomposed body on August the 14th.
