Norfolk Police have identified a Richmond man who drowned while swimming in the Chesapeake Bay. Thirty-seven year old Namanan Guhanathan was found face down in the water at Community Beach, and taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses told police he was swimming earlier, with no apparent problems.
